Mindera's proud to be a WIRED Trailblazer 2025

Everyone loves winning awards, right? But some are more special than others.

That’s definitely the case with Mindera’s latest achievement: being chosen as a WIRED Trailblazer. That's why our founder Paul Evans was particularly delighted and proud to attend the breakfast event in Nottingham celebrating the 2025 Midlands Trailblazers.

So, why is the programme so close to our hearts?

Because it recognises that success today is about far more than just finances – important though they are.

Delivered in partnership with HSBC, the WIRED Trailblazers initiative celebrates successful enterprises that are also engaged in tackling the issues of our time. It shines a light on those innovative, mid-sized businesses that are leading the way in delivering positive economic, societal and environmental outcomes. And giving back in this way has always been central to Mindera’s mission.

What makes Mindera a WIRED Trailblazer?

Three key pillars define a WIRED Trailblazer and here’s how we tick each box:

• Driving innovation – Through our Mindera Labs team we are constantly investing in innovating with the latest cutting-edge technologies, like artificial intelligence. Not just for the sake of it, but to develop practical business solutions that solve our customers’ problems.
• Delivering growth – We’ve expanded rapidly since our launch and now have our 1,200 plus minders spread across the globe in the UK, Portugal, Romania, the US, India, Brazil, Australia and Vietnam.
• Spearheading positive change – We actively support the communities around our locations, from setting up a school in Portugal for children from socially and economically challenged backgrounds to hosting global camps that help young people get closer to technology.

The final thing we love about being named a WIRED Trailblazer is that it recognises those organisations that “treat culture as a platform for growth”.

From the moment Paul set out on his Mindera journey, he wanted to build a unique, inclusive environment that was the antithesis of the corporate world he’d worked in previously. Our flat hierarchical structure and self-augmented, agile way of working have not only helped accelerate our success, but also attracted an amazing and incredibly talented, self-starting, proactive group of minders.
