Accessibility Statement
Mindera is committed to ensuring digital inclusion and a positive user experience on mindera.com. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards across our site and digital services, supporting diverse user needs globally.
Compliance status
Affected pages and features on mindera.com are designed with accessibility best practices in mind:
- Text is easily readable and can be resized without loss of functionality or layout.
- Pages are navigable via keyboard and compatible with screen readers and speech recognition tools.
- Semantic HTML is used with appropriate labels, alt text, language attributes, and ARIA roles.
- Components are tested for color contrast, focus order, and interactive behavior.
- Automated accessibility tests are incorporated into our CI/CD pipeline, supplemented by manual checks.
Despite robust efforts, some areas remain under improvement:
- Certain interactive visuals (e.g. complex diagrams or dashboards) may lack full screen reader descriptions.
- Some auto-playing videos (e.g., the home page hero banner) do not currently provide controls to pause, stop, or hide playback, which is required if video exceeds 5 seconds of motion, per WCAG Success Criterion 2.2.2.
- Some images are missing descriptive alt text.
- Occasionally, dynamically loaded content may miss focus management.
- Some third-party embedded content or downloads (e.g. PDFs) may not fully comply with WCAG 2.2 AA.
Known issues and planned improvements
We’re actively working to:
- Add descriptive alt text for all images and media.
- Review controls available to pause, stop, and hide autoplaying videos, and provide text alternatives for video content.
- Enhance ARIA attributes and labels across dynamic interfaces.
- Ensure all PDFs and downloads are accessible.
- Address any accessibility gaps in third-party embeds.
- Continuously improve through manual reviews and assistive‑technology testing.
