Purpose
To actively champion and celebrate diversity in tech; breaking down barriers to the Industry by creating an equal and inclusive environment for individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and abilities.
Vision
A society where every individual, regardless of their identity, background, or position, is empowered to thrive within a supportive and equitable ecosystem.
Mission
We will make sure that individuals from underprivileged or underrepresented communities have the support, guidance and pathway needed to develop a career within the tech sector.

Mindera PT Foundation

Mindera PT Foundation has been actively supporting its community since establishing its association in 2018, with a focus on education and social inclusion. Our flagship programme, Mindera School, is a "geek to geek" initiative that provides young people with programming skills and a monthly scholarship, prioritizing those who lack the opportunity to continue their education. Beyond Portugal, we fund the Kukula Mindera Mozambique project, supporting a class of 40 disadvantaged students with teachers, materials, and daily meals. We also run Tech Camps for at-risk children and teenagers, offering fun-filled activities in electronics, robotics, and personal development, and host Motherboard, a basic digital skills course designed specifically for women.

Mindera UK Foundation

Mindera UK Foundation empowers young adults (16–30) by providing the skills, confidence, and pathways they need to thrive in the tech industry. We create an inclusive and accessible digital future through two core programmes: Engage, which provides direct digital skills training and career pathways via fully funded Tech Camps, and Empower, which offers grants through the Youth Development Fund to support grassroots youth organisations. Our impact has included directly engaging over 75 young adults and investing in the community to date.

Mindera RO Foundation

Founded in 2024, Mindera Foundation Romania is all about paying it forward and spreading kindness to those who need it most. Our focus is on education, inclusion, and supporting people in need. Since officially starting in 2024, we’ve organised open community events around neurodiversity, tech camps for children, and helped families and local NGOs through donations and volunteering. At the heart of everything we do is the idea of #BeingHuman — creating a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels seen, valued, and celebrated for who they are. Through small actions and collective effort, we’re building a more inclusive world where everyone can feel at home.

Mindera Charities

Brazil Charity

Mindera Brazil sponsors Meninas Digitais Vale do Itajaí, a university project that empowers girls and women in technology in partnership with the Brazilian Computer Society. Their mission is to make computing more inclusive and gender-equal. We also support a different charitable organization each month, reinforcing our commitment to giving back.

India Charity

Supporting underprivileged communities, improving healthcare access, empowering women, and enabling education can create real, lasting change. We centre our charity work in India to support with opportunities that help them thrive and encourage self-reliance, and contribute to a brighter and more inclusive future for all.

Morocco Charity

We’re supporting a middle school in Ait Bou Oulli, a rural village in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains, by providing books and desktop laptops to its empty library. With about 700 pupils and limited resources, our book drive gathered generous donations, reflecting Mindera’s commitment to improving education in underserved communities.

US Charity

Every year, Mindera’s US team runs summer tech camps, helping kids learn coding and explore technology in a fun, hands-on way. We spark confidence, creativity, and future opportunities. Minders also volunteer throughout the year, giving back to their communities.
