What does it mean to an inclusive and diverse organisation that promotes a real, authentic sense of belonging?

We had a long think here at Mindera on how to answer this question and really, truly mean our answer. Creating a sense of belonging means different things to different people; the first step is recognising this and acknowledging how every individual, beautiful person that works at Mindera is unique. Everyone has their talents and abilities, as well as their own requirements and needs to ensure they can be happy, looked after, fulfilled, and inspired to do their best work.
