Mindera joins the UK Government’s TS4 framework

The UK Government has awarded Mindera a place on the Technical Services 4 (TS4) procurement framework, establishing the AI-enabled consultancy and software engineering business’ position as an approved public sector supplier.

Set to be released in March 2025, TS4 is the latest version of the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) efforts to provide a comprehensive and flexible route for public sector buyers to procure the best state-of-the-art technology services.

The framework is divided into several lots, each focusing on different aspects of technology services. Mindera has initially been placed on the following, reflecting two of our key areas of expertise:

• Lot 4a: Infrastructure Management
• Lot 5a: Application and Data Management

Public sector organisations will benefit from TS4 through:

• End-to-end coverage: From initial strategy to ongoing support, TS4 provides a complete lifecycle of technology services.
• A diverse supplier base: Includes large system integrators as well as small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Enhanced procurement efficiency: Simplifies the procurement process, making it easier for public sector organisations to access the technology services they need.

Being accepted onto the framework is a significant step in Mindera’s continued commitment to supporting the UK public sector with high-quality, people-centred engineering and delivery expertise. Gaining TS4 approval enables Mindera to collaborate with an even broader range of public sector organisations to:
