We launched Mindera Spain in 2023 as part of our mission to grow a diverse and connected global team.

While we're still a small group, our Minders in Spain are fully integrated into our wider world, working closely with teams across all our locations.

For now, we don’t actually have a physical office in Spain. Instead, our Minders work remotely from wherever they feel most productive — whether that’s a buzzing city, a quiet village, or even one of the beautiful Spanish islands. Flexibility and trust are at the heart of how we work.

Despite the distance, we prioritise connection. Through regular communication, cross-location projects, and team initiatives, we create opportunities for our Minders in Spain to engage, collaborate, and be part of a thriving, global team.
