Mindera joins public sector Digital Outcomes 7 framework

Strengthening its position in the UK public sector, Mindera has been awarded supplier status on the Digital

Outcomes 7 (DOS7) framework, part of the UK Government’s Digital Marketplace. This follows recent qualification for the UK Government’s Technology Services 4 (TS4) procurement framework.

DOS7 is a Crown Commercial Service procurement route through which UK public sector bodies can access digital, data and technology (DDaT) services. It is structured into four distinct lots to support various stages of agile development and user-centred design. It is an open framework with an initial 18-month contract phase and potential extensions until 2032.

Demonstrating the breadth of Mindera’s experience, knowledge and expertise, it has achieved recommended supplier status across all four lots of the DOS7 framework, which include:

Lot 1: Digital Outcomes For procuring teams to deliver specific, outcome-based digital projects, including research, testing, design, building and supporting digital services. It covers capabilities such as software development, user research and testing.

Lot 2: Digital Capability and Delivery Partner This focuses on supporting long-term digital transformation and building internal capability within public sector organisations, particularly for managing multiple or complex digital projects.

Lot 3: Digital Specialists Enabling the procurement of individual specialists, such as Business Analysts, Developers, or User Researchers, to provide targeted expertise to existing teams or projects.

Lot 4: User Research Studios and Participants For procuring facilities and recruiting participants needed for user research activities, such as studio spaces and participants with specific characteristics.

Being accepted onto the framework is another major step in Mindera’s continued commitment to supporting the UK public sector with high-quality, people-centred engineering and delivery expertise. Gaining DOS7 approval enables Mindera to collaborate with an even broader range of public sector organisations to:
