The Latest in Mindera Retail, AI Insights, Giving Back to Our Communities, and our 12 Year Anniversary
Paul's Update:
Over the past quarter, Mindera Retail have won 2 major AI Coaching and Transformation contracts. We are co-leading AI adoption programmes, including AI enablement teams, embedding AI coaches and AI leads directly within multi-disciplinary teams to streamline pipelines, enhance autonomy, and reduce cycle times across enterprise engagements.
The outcome is faster product iterations, clearer roadmap visibility, and teams empowered to take ownership from discovery to deployment.
Our Fintech engineering team and our Data team are also working on a brand new suite of AI Accelerators designed to cut down time-to-value for complex client initiatives.
Continuing our AI focus, our Porto hub will host an invite-only Porto AI Insight Event on September 24th. Practitioners will explore real-world applications, model optimisation, and ethical guardrails for deploying AI at scale.
Recently, we published articles on consumer shifts driving the need for AI engineering. In the coming quarter, Mindera UK Director and Lead, Hetal Kurji-Evans, and her team, will be sharing some additional insights on the evolving UK landscape, so watch this space.
Lastly, two important shoutouts to give: our community tech camps and our anniversary. Education and community support remain central to our mission. This quarter, our teams in both Portugal and the US wrapped up their seasonal Tech Camps for local youth.
We are also celebrating Mindera UK being ten years old. Mindera UK was born primarily on supporting our UK clients. Initially growing with engineers, product, and designers, by 2026 we've expanded to include recruitment, people ops, finance, site engineers, client engagement directors, and sector leads driving growth. Thank you to Hetal and Alex for starting Mindera UK.
Of course, Mindera Portugal is where it all started. This is our largest hub and is where people ops, finance, engineers, designers, product and also business consulting live. Note each hub we have across the world is also a self contained business and delivery. Thank you to Gui, Ricardo, Pedro and the many, many others who contribute daily.
