Our QA Engineer Won A Prize In A Testathon
We had our first experience at a testathon, and we won a QA engineering prize.

Have you ever heard about Testathon? A Testathon is like a hackathon but for testers!
The 40th chapter of Testathon occurred on the 18th of September 2022 in São Paulo, Brazil, and Mindera finally joined this initiative. Jenifer Silva represented our team and lived this fantastic experience.
The event was an excellent opportunity to connect with the testing community, get to know terrific people, enjoy good food, and compete with 50 incredible QAs!
The prizes were divided into 3 categories: Team, People, and Skill Prizes. After a full day of testing and networking, the winners were announced, and Jenifer won the Best QA Runner-Up prize. Pretty sweet, right?!
Jenifer shares: “Being in a Testathon competition is putting all your knowledge into practice in one day! It takes a lot of concentration and paying attention to detail. Much more than just reporting bugs, you are expected to give insights into how to improve the user experience while using the apps. But, by the end of the day, the goal is to have fun doing what you love!”
