At Mindera, we believe in building long-term careers, not just filling short-term roles. Our tech teams are at the heart of everything we do, and in our search for talented women to join us in shaping the future of software development, we held our latest Women in Tech Open Day in the historic and beautiful Moroccan city of Casablanca.

Exciting opportunities

We opened the doors to Mindera’s world, where stability, growth and inclusivity go hand in hand, to women across Casablanca. The many who took up our offer were able to explore the exciting opportunities we provide, hear real stories from women Minders thriving in our teams, and learn how we support career continuity through project transitions.

We also launched a Whatsapp community for Women in Tech in Morocco to provide a support network where women interested in working in technology can ask questions, look for guidance and share career insights.

So, what did attendees think?

As usual, we surveyed everyone who came through the door to inform future events and keep them insightful and relevant. Overall, people loved the energy, organisation and inclusive atmosphere. Our “great mix of speakers and topics” was widely praised, with attendees saying they left the “very engaging” event feeling “welcomed and inspired”.

Plus, we were delighted to receive an average 4.9 out of 5-star rating, with 93% of attendees saying they would come along again.
