Compute, containers & serverless

We build and run core business platforms on AWS including containerised microservices on EKS and ECS, serverless functions on Lambda, and event-driven backends that grow with traffic instead of needing to be resized manually.

For one retailer we replaced a licensed in-store checkout with a custom MACH build (microservices, APIs, cloud-native, headless), and sales through it rose 135%.

Data, streaming & analytics

We run transactional data, caching and real-time streaming at scale, and manage the analytics layers on top. We size ElastiCache from measured load, which cut one client's caching bill by 64%.

For a platform with more than 1.3 million active members, we stream operational events from AWS into a data warehouse, with data contracts that raise an alert on invalid events or a missed SLA.

Our event streaming has carried hundreds of transactions a second, and tens of millions in revenue on a single peak day, without losing a single event.

Generative AI & machine learning

We build generative AI into production systems on Amazon Bedrock, and train, deploy and monitor machine learning models on Amazon SageMaker with MLOps pipelines. We help clients choose the right model for each job, keep data inside your own AWS account, and track cost and quality once deployed.

We also help clients discover viable use cases through consulting, workshops and hackathons. In three days, one client's teams turned dozens of ideas into a handful of working prototypes, and the strongest went on into discovery.

Security, identity & governance

We secure high-traffic, sensitive and regulated systems: who can access what, how threats are detected, where secrets live, and how you stay compliant with controls designed into the platform from the first sprint.

Networking & delivery

We build how traffic reaches your services and moves between them through global content delivery on CloudFront, private connectivity between services and accounts, and managed APIs.

One platform we run on AWS serves more than 100 million visits a month with canary releases reaching a small share of users first, so apps update with zero downtime.

Migration & modernisation

We move systems off legacy platforms and other clouds onto AWS, then keep optimising what they cost to run.

Every migration starts with an assessment of what you run today and what it costs. From there, each workload is rehosted, replatformed or refactored, depending on what it needs, and moved in waves rather than in one cut-over.

We have moved whole legacy stacks onto EKS one service at a time, with no downtime.
