The Future Of Work.
How we work is really important to us. We operate a self-organisation model at Mindera. It’s an approach where our Minders are given both the responsibility of managing their work and the autonomy to make things happen.
This is why we were so proud to be asked to contribute to a documentary that explores the future of work and share our thoughts about the different ways of working.
The title of the documentary is Work In Progress: Why Do We Even Work? It’s written by Samuel Durand and directed by KÖM.
Work In Progress: Why Do We Even Work? features interviews from a range of businesses, with their representatives sharing their thoughts on methods of working. Our Minders spoke about how self-organisation woks here at Mindera.
If you’d like to learn the backstory to the documentary, Durand explains his intentions for the documentary in a detailed blog post (Launching Work in Progress, a Future of Work Documentary) he wrote when he began working on the project.
So, why do we even work? You’ll have to watch the documentary at Vimeo to find out Durand’s answer. You can also discover more about how we work at Mindera by visiting our About Us page.
