He leads the vision for a Crossplane-based Internal Developer Platform, built from scratch to launch in 3 months by a fully AI-integrated team. He also coaches POs in spec-driven development. Off-duty, he enjoys calisthenics, sci-fi, and an endless battle for the perfect lawn.
João Anes
A full-stack engineer with 12 years' experience across software, web technologies, and ML, focused on simple, modular solutions. Recently, the focus shifted to practical LLM applications-particularly agents and automation-to realize AI productivity gains across the development process and build tools to get us there. Outside work, they build software and track technologies shaping the future.
